Alyson McGonigle

Alyson started her running career her freshman year of high school and quickly fell in love with racing. Alyson went on to sport a University of Richmond Spiders uniform for five years.  Her career at Richmond was highlighted by qualifying for the Division I NCAA Preliminary round in the 1500 meters her junior year and by helping her team to countless Atlantic 10 relay titles. She hopes to improve her PRs in the 1500 and the mile and is excited about the opportunity to train and race with the GRC. Alyson works as a Marketing Coordinator at Fishbowl, a restaurant marketing company in Alexandria.
