Chelsea Bollerman
Chelsea began running at the end of her freshman year of high school in order to keep in shape for basketball. After her first season of running outdoor track, she fell in love with the sport and decided to run all three seasons of cross country, indoor and outdoor track. She went on to run competitively at Quinnipiac University, where she helped her team win the New England Championships in 2007 and two North East Conference titles in Cross Country in 2007 and 2008. She was a three time NEC champion, set three school records, and qualified for ECACs and NCAA East Regionals. Chelsea moved to the Washington D.C. area in 2013 in order to pursue a Masters in Theological Studies of Marriage and Family at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute at The Catholic University of America. After taking a 6 year break from competitive running, she is delighted to be a part of the GRC running community and hopes to set PRs in events ranging from the 1500 to the 5000. |
