Elyse recenly moved to Washington from her native Southern California to attend George Washington University Law School.  Elyase has been running ever since high school, and competed in track and cross country for one year at the University of California Irvine. She has made a successful transition to longer races, winning the 2010 Orange County Half-Marathon in the outstanding time of 1:20:51. Elyse has run PRs in almost every distance in the last year, and intends to substantially improve her marathon PR in 2012.
