Jackson, like many great runners, began his running journey in an effort to get in shape for middle school basketball. After some time, his NBA dreams slowly faded away. Luckily, Jackson’s love for running stepped in to fill the void, and the rest is history. Jackson comes to GRC shortly after graduating from Indiana State, and currently works as a legislative correspondent in the United States Senate.
Jackson hopes to get a full season of healthy training in and run as fast as both himself and his teammates know he can. Beyond that, Jackson aims to break 4:00 in the mile and 14:00 in the 5000.
