Jaimie grew up playing hockey and soccer in her native Ontario, Canada. Jaimie developed a love of running from an early age, and in high school she joined the Laurel Creek track club, where she drew considerable interest from colleges in the states. During her stellar career at the University of Michigan, Jaimie was 2017 NCAA champion at 1500 meters, and was the first athlete in the storied history of the Wolverines program to earn that title. Jaimie was also a 5-time All American, and 3-time Big Ten Champion. After graduating with a degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice, Jaimie works a Loan Coordinator in the mortgage industry, but with the goals of returning to the Psychology and Criminal Justice field within nonprofits. GRC’s strong team culture attracted Jaimie, and she is beyond excited to be a part of a group of hardworking and well-rounded individuals who support one another.
