John began his running career very early on in 3rd grade back home in Wilmington, Delaware and has been hooked ever since. After some success in high school, he went off to Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia where he had moderate success. His freshman year he was Atlantic-10 XC Rookie of the Year and his Junior year he was a member of the squad that took home the Atlantic-10 XC championship in 2015. John moved down to Arlington last August for a job at the Federal Reserve where he works doing all things related to currency production. Anytime you pay with cash, try to pretend John printed himself. After a year of running alone in Arlington and getting the itch to compete again, he decided to try out for GRC. He’s thrilled to be getting back out there and racing once again after a too-long hiatus.
