Lauren White

Lauren began running in high school with the hopes of gaining fitness for her other sports, but after her first Spring season, she quickly realized that running would take on a much larger presence in her life. She steadily improved throughout high school and by her senior year began scoring at New York State Championships. At Boston College, Lauren steadily progressed. As a junior Lauren place 4th at the ACC Indoor Championships in the 3000 and 5000. In her Senior year Lauren finished 8th at the ACC XC Championships and qualified as an individual for the NCAA Championships. She also placed at ACCs indoors and outdoors and qualified for regionals outdoors. Because her seasons were cut short due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, she continued at BC for a fifth year, where she helped her team break the school record in the DMR and broke 16 minutes in the 5000 outdoors. With GRC, Lauren hopes to continue finding success exploring longer distances while she pursues her J.D. degree at Georgetown University Law Center.
